Special Information

Our new on-line sales services including membership, membership renewals, gift memberships, and animal sponsorships are now available to purchase on the website.

Members: To RENEW your membership, you need to create your on-line account using the member number on your current membership card. If you are a current member and do not need to renew your membership, please plan on stopping at the membership sales office on your next trip to the Zoo to receive your new bar-coded membership card.

Non-members: If you aren’t currently a Zoo Society member, just click the JOIN button to purchase a membership.

Glossary of Terms

Named Cardholder: Individual 18 or older who is named on the membership card. All adults named on a membership card must have the same address (ID is required at each visit).
Child: Individual 19 or younger who shares a household with the member adult. Children 15 to 19 may visit the Zoo without an adult member if they have your Household (or Household +1/+2) membership card and a license/State ID. The address on their ID must match the address on your membership card.
Grandchild: Individual 19 or younger who is the grandchild of the named cardholder.
Guest: Members in some categories may bring guests with them at each visit. Guests must be accompanied by a named cardholder.
Named Guest: At the HH + 1, HH + 2 levels you are able to add either one or two named guests for an additional $10 (on the + 1) or $20 (on the + 2). Their name is not added to the card but is added to our database and will be recognized for entry into our Zoo when they present ID and are accompanied by the Household children. Sorry - these people may NOT bring additional guests.

Beyond the Ticket Club

Your membership in Beyond the Ticket gives you “club-like” access to the Zoo and moves you from a friend of the Zoo to a true Zoo fanatic. Your gift is a significant donation that provides the Zoo with funding for animal conservation and outstanding education and enrichment programming for children.
